Under each Bond: its Suggested Talents.

1. Pilgrimage (Positive)

You met on a long pilgrimage and walked it together to the end. The hardships of the road and the shared devotion at its end made you lifelong companions.

2. Doctrinal Disputes (Negative)

You read your faith's teachings differently, and you argue often about practice and decisions.

3. Shared Vision (Positive)

On the same night you both received the same vision or sign. You found each other because of it, and you're sure you're meant to see its meaning through together.

4. Zealous Rival (Negative)

A more zealous believer thinks your ways are blasphemous or not devout enough, and works to undermine you.

5. Sanctuary Given (Positive)

When one of you was hunted, cold or desperate, the other's congregation took them in and kept them safe, no questions asked. That shelter has never been forgotten.

6. Religious Persecution (Negative)

Your faith is outlawed or persecuted here, so you worship in secret and risk discovery by hostile authorities.

7. Common Ground (Positive)

You follow different faiths, yet you found more in common than apart. Your long talks taught you each to understand, and respect, the other's beliefs.

8. Temptation and Corruption (Negative)

A dark force is tempting one of you away from the faith. The other is trying to bring them back, at the risk of the friendship.
