Under each Bond: its Suggested Talents.
1. Grudging Respect (Positive)
Each of you is the only person who ever beat the other. The rivalry ended, but the respect it built didn't, and no one else pushes you as hard.
2. Sabotage Attempts (Negative)
During your rivalry you sabotaged each other, and the fallout still gets in the way of your partnership.
3. Shared Victory (Positive)
Just once you put the rivalry aside to work together, and you won a prize neither of you could have taken alone. You've wondered ever since why you wasted so long competing.
4. Past Betrayal (Negative)
One of you betrayed the other during the rivalry, and the one who was betrayed still struggles to trust their old rival.
5. Rival Turned Rescuer (Positive)
When disaster struck one of you, the other could have walked away with everything you'd fought over. Instead they came back for you, and the rivalry ended that day.
6. Unresolved Competition (Negative)
The old competitive streak comes back when things get dangerous, and trying to outdo each other turns reckless.
7. Friendly Wager (Positive)
The old rivalry lives on as a running wager: who lands the most hits, closes the best deal, makes the cleanest shot. The stakes are small, but it keeps you both sharp.
8. Manipulation by Enemies (Negative)
Your enemies use your past rivalry against you, using lies and manipulation to drive a wedge between you.
