Hide, or something like it, taken from radiant or sanctified outsiders; especially receptive to blessing, consecration and holy markings.

Applicable items: Armor facings, mantles, shields, worn icons, cloaks, ceremonial wear

Traits granted: Celestial Hide

Effects: While wearing or using the item, the user gains +1 on saves against fear, corruption and despair effects.

Scaling profile: Flat: +1 to the listed flat bonus each time the finished item enters a higher item-level band (5, 11, 17).

Crafting requirements: Tools appropriate to the base item, plus properly prepared celestial hide.

Crafting modifiers: +25% raw material cost; Craft DC +1.

Restrictions: Unsuitable for profane ritual gear, crude torture implements and most items made for filth or degradation.

Magic items: The item keeps the Celestial Hide trait if it is later made Masterwork or enchanted.
