Craft Anything

Requires: 9+ ranks in Crafting

You can find a way to craft almost anything. As long as you have the right crafting talent (such as Magical Crafting for magic items) and meet the item's level and proficiency requirements, you ignore nearly every other requirement, such as a specific ancestry or a spell to provide. You can't ignore requirements that add to the item's cost (including spells that themselves cost something) or those of unique items with their own exclusive means of creation. The GM decides which requirements you can ignore.
