Read Lips

Requires: 1+ ranks in Society

You can read the lips of a creature you can clearly see, in a language you know. At your leisure this is automatic. In an encounter, or when it's difficult, you must focus on the speaker: each round you do, you are Fascinated and Off-Guard and must succeed at a Society check (GM sets the DC) to understand. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you also recognize the spoken forms of your languages by their lip movements and can speak them clearly enough to be understood.
