Frost: cold, ice, slowing, frost resistance.

Quality sets the highest rune tier it supports: Common → Minor, Uncommon → Lesser, Rare → Greater, Legendary → Major. Set the quality and any subtype (e.g. Motion (Flight)) when harvested. Essence stays stable 1d3 rounds after death.
