When first Bloodied, critically hit or destroyed, if charged it makes a DC 10 flat check (Fortune vs slashing or a vulnerability, Misfortune vs bludgeoning or a resistance). On a success: if destroyed, the result is even, or it's a Minion, it leaves a slime hazard (difficult terrain; entering requires a Reflex save against this creature's action check or fall Prone); otherwise it splits off a sub-ooze one rank lower at the same level (starting uncharged).
